1. Item with Personalised Name Embroidery
Since personalised items are custom made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. It is essential to double check all personalisation details before placing your order. If there is an error in the personalisation due to our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.
2. Non-personalised items
If you have purchase a non-personalised item and wish to return it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
3. Damage or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request you to provide photographs/videos or return the item, depending on the situation. We will either replace the damaged/defective item or issue a refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-refundable items
Gift cards and sale/clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

We currently offer delivery within Klang Valley area. If your deliver address falls within Klang Valley area, we will gladly ship your order directly to your doorstep.
For areas outside our designated delivery zones, please contact our customer support team tocheck if delivery is possible.
3. Outstation Deliveries
Please note that outstation deliveries are only available for specific items. These items will be clearly marked on our website, where any items indicating that they are eligible for shipping Klang Valley only, it will not be able to deliver outstation. If you wish to have an outstation delivery, please select the eligible item during the checkout process.
4. Shipping Time Frames
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on whether you need personalised embroidery service, your location and the availability of the prodct. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date through WhatsApp after order is received on our side. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. We will do our best to inform you of ay significant delays that may occur.
5. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address for Klang Valley, and the weight and dimensions of the items you order for area other than Klang Valley. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
