2. Delivery Areas
We currently offer door-to-door delivery within Klang Valley area. If your delivery address falls within Klang Valley area, we are gladly to ship your order directly to your doorstep.

For areas outside our designated delivery zones, please contact our customer support to check if delivery is possible.

3. Outstation Deliveries
Please note that outstation deliveries are only available for specific items. These items will be clearly marked on our website, where any items indicating that they are eligible for shipping to Klang Valley only, it will not be able to deliver outstation. If you wish to have an outstation delivery, please select the eligible item during the checkout process.
4. Shipping Time Frame
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on whether you need personalized embroidery service, your location and the availability of the product.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date through WhatsApp after order is received on our side. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays that may occur.
5. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address for Klang Valley, and the weight and dimensions of the items you order for area other than Klang Valley. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
